Plasafe, S.L. informs you that, as a provider of data hosting services and under the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), it retains, for a maximum period of 12 months, the information necessary to identify the origin of the hosted data and the time at which the service began. Retention of this data does not affect the confidentiality of communications and will only be used in the context of a criminal investigation or to safeguard public safety, provided to judges, courts, or ministries that so require it.

The communication of data to law enforcement agencies will be in accordance with the applicable regulations on personal data protection.

Intellectual Property Rights of www.plasafe.com

For any actions beyond the scope of the contract, the user must obtain prior written authorization from Plasafe, S.L.. The user is prohibited from accessing, modifying, or viewing the configuration, structure, or files on Plasafe, S.L.’s servers, and will assume civil and criminal liability for any incidents that may arise from negligent or malicious actions.

Intellectual Property of Hosted Content

The use of the services provided by Plasafe, S.L. contrary to intellectual property law is prohibited, particularly:

• Actions that contravene Spanish laws or infringe upon the rights of third parties.
• Publication or transmission of any content deemed violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, xenophobic, or defamatory by Plasafe, S.L..
• Transmission of software cracks, serial numbers, or other content violating third-party intellectual property rights.
• Collection and/or use of personal data of other users without their express consent, or in violation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
• Use of the domain's email server or email addresses to send mass unsolicited emails.

The user is fully responsible for the content of their website, transmitted and stored information, hypertext links, third-party claims, and legal actions related to intellectual property, third-party rights, and child protection.

The user is responsible for complying with the laws and regulations in force, as well as the rules related to the operation of online services, e-commerce, copyright, public order maintenance, and universal principles of Internet use.

The user will indemnify Plasafe, S.L. for any expenses incurred due to the involvement of www.plasafe.com in any matter attributable to the user, including legal fees and defense costs, even in the case of a non-final judicial decision.

Protection of Hosted Information

Plasafe, S.L. makes backups of content hosted on its servers but is not responsible for loss or accidental deletion of user data. Restoration of deleted data is not guaranteed, as they may have been removed or modified since the last backup.

The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content stored in backups performed by Plasafe, S.L. when the loss is attributable to the user. In such cases, a fee will be determined based on the complexity and volume of the recovery, subject to prior user approval.

The restoration of deleted data is only included in the service price when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to Plasafe, S.L.

Commercial Communications

In accordance with the LSSI, Plasafe, S.L. will not send unsolicited advertising or promotional communications by email or any other equivalent electronic means unless explicitly authorized by recipients.
